I’m super picky when it comes to my car. I don’t just go anywhere. I’ve tried 6-7 Toyota service centres over time, just to find the right service advisor. For me, it’s not just about the place-it’s about who’s handling your car, who understands you, and who makes you feel comfortable. On April 24, I visited Erin Park Toyota for the first time, and honestly, it was a great experience. Dominique booked my appointment quickly and was super helpful. My appointment was for 3:30 PM, but my car went up on the lift around 5:30 PM. I didn’t mind the wait at all—since I booked it last minute, I think it was a cancelled slot they gave me, so I was just happy to get in. The waiting lounge was relaxing, and the whole place had a really good vibe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The moment I walked in, Kamal, the service advisor. This guy’s solid. He understood what I needed within seconds, didn’t overcomplicate anything, and made sure everything-from the oil change to the filter replacement and full check-up-was done right. I asked a bunch of questions, and he patiently answered every one of them-no rushing, no vague replies. He cleared all my doubts and explained everything in a way that made sense. That kind of clear communication really builds trust. I’ve finally found someone I can trust with my car again. I’ll be coming back here for sure for Kamal. Excellent dealership! I’m Nino I’ve been customer of this branch for almost 10 yrs, I traded 4 cars here and my last one is 2024 highlander hybrid platinum. Excellent customer service, Mario and Dereck are very good service advisor, Maria Sabido and Malik are excellent sales advisor, and also Richard the assistant service manager is very good. They value customer with respect, clean place and most especially they have good coffee. 😆😀 Thank you for excellent service!
