Located along Motorway Blvd. just west of Erin Mills Parkway along Dundas St. W. in Mississauga, Erin Park Toyota has consistently demonstrated excellent service with respect to both vehicle maintenance and repairs, and sales. We have been taking our cars in for maintenance service over a period of approximately five to six years and found staff to be consistenly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. One Service Advisor that I cannot recommend highly enough is Mario. His honesty, knowledge and helpfulness with respect to vehicle repairs or his proactive approach regarding recommendations on maintaining your vehicle to increase its longevity on the road is not only appreciated but invaluable. Additionally, I would be remiss if I did not mention the great level of customer care and helpfulness experienced with Richard who was previously with Erin Park Lexus. Overall, we have had a good number of positive experiences with staff at Erin Park Toyota over the years and remain confident that our vehicles are impeccably maintained so that they will prove to be both durable and reliable for many years to come.

I can't say enough good things about our experience at Erin Park Toyota, with particular regard to their sales rep, Ali Al Jarian. I arrived at the dealership on Monday morning and was quickly introduced to Ali. I explained to him that our daughter was in desperate need of a reliable used vehicle, but that we were somewhat restricted by a very tight budget. Ali was able to show us a low mileage vehicle that suited our needs perfectly, and that thankfully, also fell within our limited budget range. Ali was kind enough to provide us with a test drive and detailed service record for the vehicle, which we were able to peruse as he filled out some necessary paperwork. In less than an hour, I walked out the door with a delivery date, and a signed contract for the purchase of the vehicle in question. Two days later, Ali went way above and beyond by coming to work on his day off. This was in order to facilitate successful delivery of our daughter's new car. The car had been thoroughly serviced and meticulously detailed by the service department. It looked brand new, as if it had just rolled off a show room floor! To say the customer service we received was satisfactory would be a huge understatement. Rest assured that our daughter will be bringing her car to Erin Park Toyota for any and all routine maintenance and/or necessary services. Special thanks to Ali, for an absolutely seamless and pleasant car buying experience. You Sir, are a credit to your dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction, as well as a credit to your profession in general. Well done!!!

Our deepest gratitude to Ali, Adwait & Malik, for their guidance and helping us get our first hybrid car. We were able to get our car much sooner than expected, thanks to them! Ali always went above and beyond every step of the way, exceeding our expectations. We truly feel like valued customers at Toyota. Hands down the best dealership! The day the car was delivered felt so special! Every single feature in the vehicle and the app was explained/shown to us. We are so happy with our new Corolla Cross XSE! Thanks to Malik Usama and Ryan for making the purchase smooth and easy for our new Toyota Grand Highlander. Malik went out of his way to make sure that the TAG Tracking System was also installed before delivery- This ended up saving us over $1,500 on our insurance premium per year! The process from initial inquiry to delivery was just three days. Thanks again Team for the quick delivery, car was spotless! Bow and special delivery made it great for the wife.
