The Toyota RAV4 is one of the most popular compact SUVs in Canada and some styling and trim modifications for 2022 will make it an even more appealing vehicle.
A sportier lineup
The 2022 Toyota RAV4 will please everyone who is looking for a distinctive compact SUV that has a sporty appearance. In addition to the existing TRD Off-Road, the Trail and the XSE, the SE Hybrid model joins the menu for 2022. This newcomer uses a monochrome paint and black-painted 18-inch wheels to distinguish itself from the other RAV4 models. The SE Hybrid, like all other RAV4 trims was treated to new LED headlamps and foglamps, as well as a new paint colour that is sure to attract the eye. Cavalry blue is a light blue hue that makes a bright contrast to the habitual grays and blacks of most other vehicles. The wheels of many trim levels have been reworked, including some that were entirely redesigned. The Trail, the XLE and the LE receive a new colour for their alloys’ finish while the Limited Hybrid and the XSE Hybrid sport an enitirely new design. The XLE Hybrid enters in both categories, since its standard wheels are of a different design and colour than they were in 2021.
A more compete equipment
The 2022 Toyota RAV4 benefits from a stronger standard equipment list which features all of the essentials, for your comfort and safety. For example, the new SE Hybrid model comes equipped with a leather wrapped heated steering wheel, an 8-way power adjustable driver’s seat, a 7-inch touch screen infotainment display that puts all of the most important functions close to your eyes and hands. A leather wrapped shift knob continues the premium feel of the interior, as do the rain sensing wipers and the power liftgate. On the outside, piano black bumpers add to the sportiness of the look.
